ANYMEETING WEBCONF. PLATFORM - RESUMED TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
Anymeeting Vroom Platform will open for technical adjustments 1 hour before the time interval scheduled for the session. The access link to "Anymeeting Vroom" will be informed in advance to all invited attendees.
  1.  All remote participants will access the Anymeeting Platform as "ATTENDEES".
  2.  "PRESENTER" privileges will be granted to the SPEAKERS, by the chairman of the Websession.
  3. About uploading ppt/pdf and video files: Loading ppt/pdf files is quite easy and this can be done in advance before starting the session (Anymeeting Vroom will open 1 hour in advance, so everyone can take advantage of that in order to upload respective files). Also, the utilization of YouTube videos is possible through the platform. But, very important, ONLY YouTube videos can be uploaded and presented through Anymeeting Vroom Sessions. In the event that a speaker wishes to transmit a video file, it will be necessary  to convert it to a "You Tube" format (loading to YouTube platform), before loading it to "Anymeeting"
  4. Microphone and Camera: All participants will be able to speak and to actively interact with other attendees, including the utilization of microphone and webcams. It is highly recommended to use a HEADSET, as this will avoid sound distortion during the session, mainly avoiding excessive noise resulting from multiseat attendance. For this reason, built-in or table microphones should not be used.
  5. It is also recommended to test your equipment in advance (Computer, Headset, Internet bandwidth, etc.) in order to ensure high quality audio/video transmission during the session.
  6. Wired Internet connection, recommended at least 1 Mbp/s Down/Upload.
